Drive Submission Procedure

  1. Fill out the drive submission form in full. 
  2. Hard Drives - Download the Submission Form Here in a pdf file.
  3. CD Media and Camera Memory Download a CD - Memory Card Form Here.
  4. Drive or Media must be submitted along with Submission Form and Diagnostic search fee.
  5. Package Drive or Media, Submission Form, Diagnostic search fee, in an anti-static bag within a padded box and courier or post to our address. Shipping information is listed on the Drive Submission Form. You may also use Aust Post, but that will result in delays in your drive getting to us.
  6. After we receive your drive/media, we will perform an Engineerring Diagnostic Analysis. We will then contact you and let you know what can be recovered off of your drive and additional costs involved.
  7. After your approval, the data will be recovered and mastered onto a CD or other media that you may request.
  8. The drive is then returned to you as soon as required data is recovered.
    The whole process can take as little as a few days subject to delays in shipping. Priority Service is available for rush and emergency jobs. Call for current turnaround schedule.
