CSCS Introduces Remote Support
CSCS is trialing the use of Teamviewer as a support tool to save time and money for customers. This tool will allow us to log into your computer with your assistance and then carry out tasks or show you answers to your questions as if we were sitting in a chair next to you.
Spontaneous customer support
CSCS can provide daily support to our customers and offer quick, on-the-spot solutions! With TeamViewer, CSCS can easily control our customer's computer remotely, as if we were sitting right in front of it. With the customer module, TeamViewer QuickSupport, your customer is ready for you to connect within seconds without the need to install any software.
It is important to note here that no software is installed on your computer, you just download the support tool from the Services Menu under Repair Services. You save this to your desktop and run it only when you wish us to log in to your computer and help you. When you close the program again, it is closed completely as it is not installed on your computer and so will not be running in the background providing you the security in the knowledge that we can not access your computer without you knowing and allowing.
Please Note: You must have the internet working for us to enter your computer - no internet, no access.
